The right method
When you start the diet pills, be ready to alter your food patterns and exercise habits. Low calorie foods, regular exercise and daily intake of pills will bring in effective results. And once you stop the pills, follow the healthy diet and regular work out schedules. For this is the best way to stay in shape.
