fit.
- Don't be an impulsive buyer, visit shops, compare
prices and pick up the right one.
- You can buy second-hand equipment at your own risk.
There will be no guarantees attached to it. So consider
sticking to a new one if it's reasonable .
Don't get cheated

weight loss. A combination of healthy food and good
exercise is required for gradual weight loss
" Some companies claim immediate results if we
use their equipments three times a week. But it is not
true. Any ads marketing such things are false ads
" Immediate results with certain equipments is
only true of athletes who are already in good physical
condition
" It has not yet being proved on whether one machine
can help you lose more weight than the other
Once you develop a liking for your favorite equipment,
you will naturally spend more time on it. So when you
pick up the fitness equipment, choose the right one.
Because the more you like the equipment the more time
you will spend time on it and the more calories you
will burn out of the whole exercise
routine.
