workouts. Swimming, dancing, cycling, jogging etc are

your exercising agenda and make it as interesting as
it can get. Some easy ways to accomplish fitness are-
- Take stairs instead of elevators
- Plan out weekly
outing with friends.
- Clean your house.
- Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk to the office.
- Take a brisk walk when you get the urge to snack.
- Take interest in gardening and carry your own groceries.
- Prefer playing games instead of watching T.V.

Change your eating habit; avoid junk food and high cholesterol food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables; they are exceedingly nutritious and easily digestible. Drink a lot of water and fresh juice.
