Hello you earthlings how are you? Recognize me? I am Zingo and I have come from a far off planet called Cyprex. We cyprexians have known you for many light years and have a very special relationship with Earth. We are very similar to you earthlings in our body and anatomy and keep visiting your planet at regular intervals. Earth has been very dear to me from the very beginning and so are you dear earthlings. I have seen this planet and its people grow from Stone Age to agricultural revolution. I have seen your revolutions and your world wars. I have seen you throw off your animal hides and don clothes. I am proud to say that I was a witness to the transition of man from a food gatherer to a gourmet eater.
Everything else has been good but this modernization has led to lot of diseases in your planet. I can say this because I have witnessed a similar course of events on Cyprex. I see a lot of obese people across the globe. People who have given up exercise, live on fast foods and are dying a slow death. Why is this happening? This is happening because people are no longer content in what they have and keep running after more.
Earning money has become so important in your planet that people lose their health over it. We in Cyprex have always advocated a good nights sleep because that is one of the major causes of obesity and its related disease. I see you earthlings work 20 hours a day on a stretch. You are lucky to have such beautiful trees and foliage, which is sadly lacking in our planet. However, I see very few people using the bounty that nature has provided.
Air conditioning and in house heaters have robbed your body of its natural process of sweating and shivering and which has led to obesity increase. I hardly see anyone eating fresh fruits and vegetables... all I see is overcooked, over spiced dishes which have no nutrients and only pungent taste. Obesity is causing premature deaths, heart problems and a host of other problems.
But fortunately we cyprexians have discovered a way
