Never continue taking Phentermine if you feel any difficulty in breathing, closing of throat, swelling of lips, tongue, or face.
Stop the use immediately if there is an irregular heartbeat or high blood pressure.
Never take the pill if you are taking isocarboxazid (Marplan), tranylcypromine (Parnate), or phenelzine (Nardil). This is valid even if you have taken these in the last fifteen days.
Never take the pill if you are on to any other medication. If you really want to, consult your doctor and decide accordingly. Even normal cough and cold medicines may harm the patient when they interact with Phentermine drug. So you need to extra careful.
