  • Exercise is the gist of good health. No diet plan is complete without an exercise routine. In fact, the best way to lose those extra pounds is through exercise

Eat more and lose more

  • If you take in more fat, you will lose more of it
  • You don't have to consume more fat to lose it. Every diet is good if we can take proper quantities of food. For example, not all carbs are bad. Potato is a good carb. Choose wisely. Eat everything but eat in moderation
  • You should understand the importance of carbs in your every day intake. And also know the portion you need to take

Carbs are as essential as proteins or fat in our body. Opting for a complete carb diet will not help you attain the perfect balance for a healthy life.
