How does the food calculator work? |

Simply multiply the number of servings by the number of calories; grams of protein, carbohydrates, fat and fiber and milligrams of sodium contains in the food item you select. |

First, multiply the number of grams of macronutrients by the number of calories each gram contains. The multipliers are 4[protein], 9[fat] and 4[carbohydrates]. This calculator does not keep track of alcohol content. |
