Losing weight is easier than keeping it off. Even if
you've always been good at dieting, but those habits,
those cravings will always be ther for you. Hypnotherapist
Jolene Shields says getting the mind to work with the
body is the key to winning the weight loss battle once
and for all. During a seminar, Shields puts her client
into a state of hypnosis. During that time, she says
the mind is able to accept suggestions.
According to Shields, when a person goes into hypnosis,
their conscious mind is distracted. Their subconscious
mind is more open to the suggestion we give it so at
that time she offers suggestions about healthier foods,
portion control or breaking bad habits.Sheilds says the patient is always in control, but able
to accept new ideas. By changing from the inside out
she says permanent changes are possible with regard
to weight loss and dieting.
