According to a recent study which was aimed towards
New Year resolutions pertaining to weight loss, it has
been found that a diet low in fat and based on vegan
principles is much effective. This has been suggested
by the doctors with the Physicians Committee for Responsible
Medicine (PCRM). The vegan low fat diet is good and
useful for shedding those extra kilos and remaining
healthy healthy.
The study also demonstrated that a diet based on low
fat plant derivatives is more effective at helping women
lose weight and improving their insulin sensitivity
than other diets comprising omnivorous food. The best
part about vegan diet is that it provides us the option
of unlimited servings of fruits, vegetables, whole grains,
and other healthful foods that enables us to lose weight
without feeling hungry. Weight loss becomes an easy
affair with a vegan diet.
