Vitamins and Diet Pills do not Help with Cancer

Cancer patients currently spend billions of dollars
a year on diet pills and nutritional vitamins but there
is no proof that these products do anything to help
or prevent cancer in any way
Researchers reviewed 59 previous studies done on the subject matter and found that diet-related pills, vitamins, etc, had zero impact on disease-free survival, cancer recurrence, etc.
