Workshop on Weight Loss Held

ROSEBURG -- The Douglas County KOPS Society will host a workshop to acquaint people in the area with the TOPS organization.
The workshop will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Douglas County
Library, 1409 N.E. Diamond Lake Blvd. in Roseburg.
KOPS stands for Keep Off Pounds Sensibly and TOPS stands
for Take Off Pounds Sensibly. TOPS is a support group
for those desiring to lose weight. The group encourages
and rewards its members for their progress on their
weight loss journeys and offers programs, ideas and
support for those who wish to lose weight.
