Affirms low-carb Diet Result to Permanent Weight Loss

two Australian scientists have come up with a 'new'
weight loss plan. The new diet
plan constitutes of a high quantity of protein,

The research found that a high-protein diet ward off
hunger and even shrinks blood-fat levels.
"When we start to look at individuals, we see
that some people won't do as well on that dietary pattern
compared to high protein," said one of the researchers.
"Some people find it is easier to lose
weight having less carbohydrate and more protein."
